Make Your Home In Downtown Kokomo

Kokomo’s downtown is thriving. And with such a vibrant atmosphere downtown, many are choosing to make it their home. The downtown area continues to grow with new housing options and businesses, making it easier than ever to find your place in downtown Kokomo.

Living downtown has its advantages. There are miles of walking and biking paths that connect the center of town with parks and attractions throughout the community. With a unique blend of locally owned restaurants and shopping nearby, two free public parking garages, the free City Line Trolley public transportation system, and a highly walkable downtown core, you’ll get a variety of “big city” amenities in a “small town” atmosphere.
