Bold sculptures, colorful alleys, and art venues galore are waiting for you to discover in beautiful downtown Kokomo.

All Alleys Lead to Art

Experience regional creativity in these unique art venues that always remain open.

Artist Alley can be found on Main Street between Kokomo Art Association’s Artworks Gallery and the Howard County Administration Building. It features more than a dozen pieces of unique art from local and regional artists in a yearly exhibit. Learn more about Artist Alley here.

Garden Alley can be found along Main Street on the east side of the courthouse square. Garden Alley is filled with flowers planted by volunteers each year and is a popular spot for senior photos.

Geek Alley, located next to Kokomo Toys & Collectibles, features several spray-painted images of well-known people such as Barack Obama. These images were done by Indiana artist MuckRock. This alley also features a stage for public performances.

Back Alley, located on north façade of the Beckley’s Office Equipment and Supplies building will feature artwork created by The Bohemian Tattoo Club and Art Gallery staff artists. The exhibit will open in October 2025.

Take a scenic a stroll along trails and sidewalks through downtown Kokomo to discover colorful murals and intriguing sculptures. These outdoor masterpieces vary in size and were created by artists around the country.
