The Festival’s Main Event: Strawberry Shortcake
The highlight of the festival is the famous strawberry shortcake, a must-try summer treat! Each dessert is piled high with fresh strawberries, locally made shortcake, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a dollop of whipped cream. In 2024, festivalgoers enjoyed over 3,500 pounds of strawberries!
How to get your shortcake
Tickets: $7 per dessert
Customization: Don’t want whipped topping? Prefer it without ice cream? You can customize your dessert when ordering.
Serving time: 11 a.m. or 8 p.m. (or until sold out)
Dine in or take to-go: Enjoy your dessert at the festival with available seating, or take it to go.
