Enjoy your drink while exploring the festival

Kokomo’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) allows you to purchase alcoholic beverages from participating businesses and enjoy them as you walk through the festival within the designated DORA boundaries.

What festivalgoers need to know:

How it works: Order a drink from a participating DORA establishment, and they’ll serve it in a special DORA cup. You can then take it with you as you explore the festival.

Hours: DORA operates year-round from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Where you can drink: You must stay within the designated DORA boundaries — look for posted signage to ensure you’re within the permitted area.

Important rules: DORA drinks must remain in the official DORA cup and cannot be brought inside other businesses unless they allow it. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

This means you can enjoy a refreshing beverage while taking in the sights, sounds, and flavors of the festival without being confined to a single location. Cheers to a more enjoyable festival experience!
