As a local construction company, John and Laura Cardwell build more than dream homes and business spaces. They engage in local programs such as Kokomo CEO, the Greater Kokomo Alliance Board of Directors, and other programs and charities. Cardwell Built’s craftsmanship can be seen in their buildings such as Brookstone Suites, The Venue, Salon Suites, and other developments across Kokomo and beyond.
On May 22, 2025, the business was awarded a Small Business of the Month plaque from the Chamber and a Cornerstone Award from Mayor Moore.
